Production of the valve mounting cups is carried out in this workshop. We use a high-speed automatic stamping machine to transform high-quality steel plates into valve mounting cups. In addition, we utilize an efficient machine that can automatically press an outer rubber ring into a valve mounting cup in order to provide superior sealing performance in the process of final assembly.

This workshop contains over 20 injection molding machines and three injection molding lines. Among them, our injection molding machines are used to produce a variety of accessories such as valve stems, valve chambers, actuators, and spray caps, etc.

Due to efficient automation, we require a very small number of staff to run these more than 20 injection molders. During the production process, our quality control inspectors are responsible for sampling and testing every batch of accessories.
